• Preparing the Monthly Sales Report
• Tracking the Monthly Target verses Monthly achievements
• Monitoring and co-ordination for actual distribution of the products
• Support Sales staff with MIS and monitoring area wise achievements and monitor sales order book
• Taking sales lead for new customer development, local as well international
• Monitoring Sales Incentives and Sales Travel Expenses
• Monitoring Stocks Movement at manufacturing facility as well at stores
• Handling all enquiries and pass on to the respective Mktg Personnel
• To Keep track of all Sales Staff Movements
• To keep track of all "Bookings" of individual sales personnel
• Keep track of Special Bids/ Tenders.

• Management:
• Taking, Making and Screening calls on Customer queries on matters
• Sending/Replying to all the e-mails
• Giving the sales leads thru Telemarketing and fixing up appointments for the Business Manager and Executives
• Talking to the present clients to check for Business Development & Improvement in Quality Service Deliveries
• Liaoning with the overseas offices, International Shipping Liners relating to status of shipments, pre-alerts etc
• Sending pre-alerts to the consignees
• Managing arrival of cargo, sending notices to consignees, follow up and responding to queries and discrepancies
• Follow Up & MIS for status of various shipments, Delivery etc.
