  Knowledge about Non-Destructive (MPT, Laser test, Ultrasonic tests & DP Test) and Destructive techniques (Hardness Check, Tensile strength) for inspection of components
  Knowledge about surface imperfections during machining and manufacturing
  Geometrical dimensioning and tolerances for assembly of part.
  Knowledge on process tools like Six Sigma, APQP
  Project Management Skills - plan, co-ordinate and execute tasks/projects (new development, product improvement, basics of cost estimating, BOM management, value engineering, analysis, PDCA & SWOT analysis.
• Determined equipment failure root cause and implemented solutions.
