· Leading Physical Security Team for APAC and EMEA sites including Global Security Operation Center-GSOC

· Instrumental in completing Access control Migration project of PP4 to LENEL transition of 335000 Sq. Ft office without hampering the daily operations.

· Managed new site projects from Design state to commissioning of all the Security Systems and Visitor management systems

· Monitoring and assessing the performance of the global physical security systems (Lenel, Avigilon, Quantum Secure)

· Responsible for showing artifacts for security audits during ISO standard certifications and client audits.

· Implement special security requirement as per IBM client

· Risk & Threat Assessment of all the existing and proposed IBM sites and provide mitigation steps.

· Liaising with various Vendors and Ensure SLA are met

· Conduct night patrols at various client location to ensure staff are alert
