• Reviewing the work performed by less experienced professionals to meet the quality expectations and also responsible for guiding the new hires in the team.

• Trained in Audit Flowcharting procedures being one of the core procedures in audit.

• Perform the mathematical accuracy of financial reports (Annual/Quarter) and communicate the discrepancies noted to onshore team.

• Performance of test work procedures based on the support provided by the engagement team.

• Operations management – Be responsible for day-to-day operations to ensure error free Audit service delivery.

• Relationship management – Be an extended team member for key client engagement teams in US.

• Analysis Internal/external errors of the teams and provide guidance to team members to minimize the errors.

• Provide clarification, guidance to team members and others on all the processes related questions.

• Continually adopt process improvements and work towards improving efficiency.
