Projects

DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF CENTRIFUGAL BLOWER, This is the BE Final year Project. The objective is to understand the complete construction and operation of an industrial Centrifugal Blower. All the components involved have been designed and assembled by using SOLIDWORKS Design Tool. The calculations involved to find the various dimensions were done with the help of reliable literature review. Static and Vibrational Analysis was done for individual components and complete assembly to check stability and safety during functioning. An analysis was also done by using Mild Steel, Aluminium and Fibre Reinforced Plastic as three different materials to find optimum weight and cost., Did most of the major calculations related to design. Also involved in design of major components of the assembly. Used the tool ANSYS for different types of analysis.
