• Worked on applications UDS (Universal Deposit System), which has subsystems like SB (Safe Box), TD (Time Deposit), and RAFT.
• Worked on analyzing and understanding user requirements, and developing various SAS reports based on customer requirements. Also involved in code analysis and enhancement.
• Used ACE to investigate the customer’s DDA, savings, SB, CD, and credit card accounts, and provide the solution or reason behind any transaction as per the query.
• Participated in periodic meetings, and maintained all applications for productions, and planned appropriate various strategies.
• Resolved customer issues by establishing workarounds and solutions to debug, and create defect fixes.
• Modified existing software to correct errors, adapt to newly implemented hardware, or upgrade interfaces.

Client : Voya financial

• Involved in requirements walkthroughs, analysis, query resolution, and thus providing support in finalizing the business requirements. I made code changes to build new functionalities and reports in the system.
• Used SCLM to create and promote the code to production, and TWS for scheduling jobs in production. Involved in setting up test/acceptance platforms to assist QA testing.
• Analyze and clear the payment transactions that errored out in the DSS Calculator, and clear the weekly errored payment records caused by compliance issues.
• Perform forecasts to ensure the PROD cycle schedules are correct for specific days, such as holidays, month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and first-day cycles.
• Performed weekly health checks of all applications supported. Ran copy merge processes in the test to perform cleanups by running mini cycles.
• Involved in the release coordination efforts and ticketing process. Performing peer reviews of the code and ad hoc programs.
• Used EOS31J and EOS31R to analyze the jobs and the reports. Worked on FTP, SFTP, and NDM to send the reports to the client's shared location.
