Customer Dependability

To ensure support to the dealership in meeting service deliverables, track and monitor open issues until the closure of all service events under the Area Office by reviewing open SRNs daily and ensuring service delivery within agreed service levels.

  • Support dealership teams in case they are finding difficulty in resolving/closing SRNs open for more than 3 days.

  • Attending most critical/escalated cases and resolved with details on behalf of the Area office for the Odisha region.
  • Preparing all major cases, FIR with all necessary details to close the loop, critical case by doing appropriate action/discussion with HO KAM/OEM.
