- Key Responsibilities:
1. - Handling a team of 140+ SSE & 250+ Stores
- Responsible for achieving the sales target individually as well as for the team
- Responsible for hiring, training and developing new SSE & SD as per the standards of the company
- Identify gaps in performance of immediate team and ensure training to bridge the same
- Responsible for preparing various reports, presentation on daily basis for the branch
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Seek quotes, coordinate with vendors, and raise purchase orders for all trade marketing activities.
- Process vendor bills, documentation, and payments after verifying supporting documents.
- Conduct vendor benchmarking at national and regional levels to establish standard rates for POP, display stands, catalogues, and other materials.
3. Trade Marketing & BTL Execution
- Develop and execute BTL & Trade Marketing calendar, including special promotions.
- Monitor and evaluate BTL campaigns for effectiveness and recommend course corrections.
- Plan and execute on-shop and in-shop branding, signage, POSM, and visibility drives.
4. Collateral & Visual Merchandising
- Procure and execute marketing collateral/POP elements such as catalogues, feature cards, body stickers, crowners, shelf mats, table tops, danglers, tent cards, and window stickers.
- Create campaign and VM guidelines for the entire product line-up (LED, WM, REF, MWO, DW, XBOOM, PlayStation) across SB & NB markets.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with branch sales & marketing teams to implement SIS across all channels for the PAN India market.
- Liaise with agencies to monitor regional promotion implementation.
- Maintain a database of marketing implementation images and present to management as required.
- Prepare and present monthly activity reports to top management.
6. Events
- Manage events and exhibitions end-to-end, including mall, hall, and road shows.
