- Deals with pricing of securities such as Equities, Fixed Income Securities and various Derivative instruments
- Providing valuation to Fund Accounting as per the client NAV calendar and providing subject matter expert support to downstream teams and clients
- Manual trade processing – fixed income securities (index linked), swaps and equities/Bond income
- Calculating the NAV for the funds after performing an audit working Trial report and generating different reports from system such as holdings, cash purchases & sales, income & expenses and other required reports
- Having experience in Securities pricing, live evaluations and working on tools like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, IDC, JP Morgan, IHS market etc
- Having experience in Group tolerance setting and ALT ID automation which plays a key role in reducing risk to business by minimizing manual work around
- Having an experience in delivering Weekly and Monthly reports and send to clients periodically
- Responding timely on Query raised by clients
- Based on the client pricing logic (PSA) and investment type the price will be applied to a particular security
- Need to follow various control checks to ensure there is no price mismatch between the vendors and our data base to avoid risk from incorrect data
- Audit and research discrepancies in security prices, research correct prices on various reference sources
- Worked as an internal and External audit team to have a control check
- The production target with respect to the processing guide lines as per- agreed norms
- Follow up with the several teams like corporate actions, client operations and derivative teams for price confirmations
- Effectively managing on several CORPORATE ACTIONS such as stock split, Spin off, Acquisitions, Dividends etc
- Proactively contributing ideas and participating in continuous improvement initiatives process.
