Planning and Forecasting of Fuel as per the Estimated Power Demand:

• Annual/ Quarterly and monthly demand assessment and planning
• Daily Fuel planning and Costing
• Budget preparation and monitoring
• Assessment of fuel deficit for the power generation and carrying price sensitivity analysis on monthly basis to source the fuel at the minimum/ affordable cost

Contract management & negotiation (Domestic Basins & International Cargos):

• Tendering for procurement of Cargo
• LNG MSPA, GSPA, GTA
• RFQ's & Tender Bidding document preparation for domestic and international suppliers
• LDs, Force Majeure, BG , Plant Maintenance
• Regulatory filings: Regulatory filings of power generation data to Central Electricity
• Authority and Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission with fuel consumption as per the regulatory norms

• Supply chain manager managing the supply of products like soda ash light, soda ash dense, sodium bicarbonate (technical & refined) grade level, sodakarb, alkakarb as well as allied chemicals including caustic soda lye and hydrochloric acid with an efficient supply chain that can service customers across the state of Gujarat.
• Integrated financial and operation plans with strategic objectives to deliver improved operational and financial results to boost customer satisfaction, profitability and working capital.
• Oversaw demand planning, purchasing and logistics.
• Improved, standardized and documented planning and scheduling processes.
• Collaborated with internal teams to improve outputs to meet demand and supply requirements, ensuring inventory integrity targets for finished goods.
• Negotiated contracts, policies and deadlines with suppliers and vendors.

• In the soda ash maintenance group (SAMG) which comes in the engineering services department of maintenance.
