Security Vulnerabilities, Within the company, 03, A Security Vulnerability is a weakness, flaw, or error found within a security system that has the potential to be leveraged by a threat agent in order to compromise a secure network. The purpose of this project is as to we keep monitoring on the weekly & monthly generated Qualys report and reduce the count of the vulnerabilities in the secure servers within the deadlines.
Security vulnerabilities worked on topics: 1. Microsoft ASP.NET Custom Errors Found Turned Off
2. HTTP Security Header Not Detected
3. ASP.NET DEBUG Method Enabled Security Issue
4. AutoComplete Attribute Not Disabled for Password in Form Based Authentication
5. EOL/Obsolete Software: Microsoft .Net Core Version
Gained the knowledge on the servers of the project and understood the work of security vulnerability management.
Have worked on generating the report of security vulnerabilities using Qualys software.
Hands on experience in code changes in .net Visual studio and testing the code and done patch work of the relevant software in Development and MO servers., Work on the Config, Site, IIS level in the servers.
