Involved in maintenance, commissioning, installation, troubleshooting, calibration and minimize the downtime for all installed analyzers by the timely implementation of planned maintenance procedures.

Good in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting for process gas chromatographs.

Involved in troubleshooting and of sulfur recovery unit analyzers such as Air Demand Analyzer and programs various process analyzers systems such as Gas chromatograph and CEM systems.

Good in validation, calibration and reinstalling repaired analyzers, ensuring accuracy of operation and checks all test instrumentation against recognized standards.

Involved in Fault finding analysis of various devices.

Observes all HSE regulations and ensures safe operating procedures are followed.

Good in root cause analysis on analyzer failure problems and reducing the downtime.

Involved in critical spares identification and spare parts inventory.

Experienced in supporting day to day maintenance of analyzers and GCs.

Involved in modification of sampling systems and troubleshooting the critical problems.

Safe maintenance, calibration, and repair of all site process analyzers, including process gas chromatographs, continuous process analyzers, and waste water analyzer systems, including but not limited to oxygen analyzers (paramagnetic, zirconium oxide and electrochemical) as used for safety and shutdown control, personnel monitoring, environmental monitoring, product quality and process efficiency.

Commissioning Experience-

Analyzer Shelter commissioning with safety interlocks, HVAC logic testing.

Analyzer Probe installation, Bundle tube laying & interconnection, leak testing,

Field analyzer installation, inspection, loop checking & function checking.

Open Path gas detector installation & alignment

Assist senior and junior technicians in maintaining and repairing complex equipment.

Prepare and interpret instrumentation schematics and loop drawings (P&ID's etc.).

Locate and interpret relevant technical information, such as data sheets and vendor's manuals
