• In my current role, I assist in managing the cases for senior colleagues while also independently handling a diverse range of civil and criminal cases.
• Client Representation: I represented clients in various criminal cases, including murder cases, Prevention of Corruption Act cases, NDPS cases etc. My role involved defending clients during investigations, hearings, and trials, ensuring their rights were upheld throughout the legal process.

Research on various case laws varies with different Acts such as NDPS, PC Act, Matrimonial Acts.
• Drafting Legal Documents: I drafted various legal documents, including Bail application, CRM applications, Final Arguments, briefs, and legal memoranda. These documents were essential for arguing motions, negotiating plea deals, and presenting cases effectively.
• Court Appearances: I represented clients in court, including attending hearings, presenting arguments, cross-examining witnesses, and making legal motions. My goal was to advocate for the best possible outcome for my clients, whether through a favorable verdict or negotiated settlement.
• Plea Negotiations: I engaged in negotiations with prosecutors to reach plea deals when appropriate. I assessed the strengths and weaknesses of the case, advised clients on their options, and negotiated terms that aligned with their best interests.
