Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of OHE Design and installation concept and principles
• Familiarity with RDSO Standards and practices, methods, and techniques
• Ability to maintain good relationships with Clients and Contractors
• Structure Erection Drawings and detailing (SED)
• Proven skills in effective design and supervision of execution work, scheduling company employees with contractors for installation and commissioning work with compliance of EHS and client relationship management.
• Review of preliminary design, and detail design documents for traction system
• Review of Layout Plants (LOP), Cross Section Drawings (CSD), Structure Erection Drawings (SED), Sectioning diagram, and all relevant drawings.
• Review of calculation like dropper calculation, maximum span calculation, mast sizing calculation and other relevant calculation with traction team.
• Site execution as per approved design, quality and standard
• Coordination with client regarding approvals for drawings
• Execution of all associated work of OHE including main line and depot.
• Responsible for interface with other agencies to get access for work.
• Coordinate with vendor for material status.
• Responsible for Fat of OHE material
• Responsible for safety, quality and standardization of work.
• Ensuring works done as per standard, as per quality and witnessing same with client
• Attending regular progress review meetings and meeting with clients.
• Coordinating with the client for the information and design to achieve hassle-free operations
• Handled the inspections by CMRS & electrical Inspector Geneal (EIG) for OHE traction system.
• Involved in major activities Sectioning, Sub-Sectioning & Paralleling and Sub-Sectioning of OHE/Traction System.

Installation

• Review of construction drawings including OHE Layout Plans, Structure erection detail, wiring, assembly and component drawings
• Schedules and installation works for a technical discipline and preparation tools and material before start of work.
• Mast Erection on Viaduct, Main Lines and in Depots.
• Erection of Section-Insulator at X-Overs, Mainline.
• Cantilever Erection & Adjustments
• Stringing of RC & OPC (Return Conductor)/(Overhead Protection Conductor), Catenary & Contact Wires.
• Bracket adjustment, SED ( Structure Erection Details) Checking with clients.
• SI (Section Insulator) & PTFE Installation Erection & adjustments.
• Interrupters, 5 - Pulley ATD, Spring Type ATD , Overlap, Feeder, Turnout, droppers, earthing & bonding, erection & commissioning, design modification as per site accordance with RDSO Specification.
• Supervision OHE installation activities at site.
• Trained and mentored cross functional teams and other metros such as TRS Staff, NCRTC Team.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination with client for vendor and design approval for all OHE activities and equipment for the project
• Attending meeting with clients and create awareness of new developments for technical advancements and incorporating the same in the contract
• Coordinating with client for start of project and aligning our team for survey and documentation as per client requirements
• Preparation of work breakdown structure
• To ensure right information gets to right people at right time
• Track survey for OHE electrification work.
• All types of Masts,DA, Portals, Boom and bracket SPS erection works.

• Responsible for coordinate of all rectified points/Observation received from client for rectified at site and roofer to client for joint inspection approval.

Responsibilities

• Supervision Foundations works, mast, groundings , bracket erection and in accordance with the approval LOP, CSD & Volume Charts
• Performing quality control for OHE Installation and preparing daily progress report for all the work related to site

• Receiving Materials and handling storage issue of materials to project site and documenting them regularly
• Check quantity and specification of material received as per P.O. & quality along with quality engineer, and inform the purchase department in case of discrepancy, managing site and reject the material with rejection note

• Checking physical stock of material and preparing non-moving material report on regular basic
