  ,Permeate Water & discharge of ETP brine at various steps of manufacturing.
  Providing Services for Detailed Engineering and Procurement
  Approx 750000 Man-hours Job. Cost ~ 700 Cr.
• Gasoline Upgrade Project (100MUS$) Duration:- May 2012 - August 2015

SCANfiner is “Selective Catalytic Naphtha Finer”. It is a selective Catalytic Hydrodesulphurization process wherein olefin and aromatic saturation is minimized to reduce drop in RON/MON while reducing sulfur level to meet required product specifications as per ultra-low Sulphur

Gasoline Plant Capacity :- 22 KBPSD (146 M3/hr) , Plan Size :- 148 meter X 112 Meter including Sub-station and Plant interface Building.

No of equipment :- 78, Man-hour :- 1.5 lacs Provided Engineering , Procurement and Construction support services

Around 85 People team where handled and successfully handed over plant on time Provided Power Point presentation to MD and Directors level on said Project.

• DTA Merox DBN Project
  Duration :- May 2023 - Present
  LPG produced from FCC / Coker units in both DTA and SEZ are processed in three nos. of Unsat LPG Merox units for removing H2S and RSH
  from LPG stream and routed to PRUs to recover propylene.
  Revamp of MEROX unit. Equipment :- 32 • Man-hour :- 45000
  Provided Engineering and Procurements services for Brown and Green Field Project
  
• Solar Energy storage
  Duration:- January 2021 - May 2022
  Purpose of project to store Green Power ( Solar ) to utilize in night time. Around 500 MW Power to be store in Mechanical battery bank
  Project.
  My job to evaluate Licensor technology with expert team and implement.
  Evaluate licensor package technology and do detail engineering viability.
• FCCU Feed Flexibility Project – FCCU-FFP (DTA & SEZ)
  Duration:- October 2019 - August 2021
  FCC Regenerator flue gas contains catalyst particle and other combustion products including SOx and it exits through stack, after passing
  third stage separator and heat recovery modules in two parallel trains To capture the trace amount of the catalyst particles and SOx from
  the regenerator flue gas before stack, it is proposed to install Flue gas desulphurization unit in FCCU (DTA & SEZ).
  Most complex project to be executed in Brown field area. Man-hour :- 96000
  Worked as PEM and provided engineering /procurement and construction support services
• Extract Hydrotreater (2014 to 2017) 50 MUS$
