• Responsible for customer service operations in entire Karnataka, part of south Andhra Pradesh & Tamilnadu. Handling 6 warehouses presently in KN alone through 5 different 3PL’s.
• Malur – ITC’s rack based largest FG storage with 4L sq. ft. (~9acres) & including other facilities total occupancy is 19 acres. From this WH 80% of FMCG dispatches happens to South KN (majorly Bangalore), AP &TN. Average throughput of 130 vehicles (40 Inbound & 70 Outbound).
• Dabbaspet – A Block warehouse, Spanning over 75K sq. ft., covers left over 20% distribution in south KN. Average throughput of 25 (10 Inbound & 15 Outbound).
• Dabbaspet Salt point – Exclusive Salt point spanning across 20K sq. ft., with supplies happen salt FG alone to potential distributors in KN. Average throughput of 15 vehicles (Loading). Inbound will come through BCN railway rake for monthly once around 1500 MT.
• Hubli – Spanning across 1L sq. ft., which covers supplies for Central, North & East KN. Average throughput of 70 vehicles(20 Inbound & 50 Outbound).
• Frozen WH Bangalore – Supplies Frozen foods across South Tier-I & Tier-II cities. Weekly 30 dispatches to entire south.
• POP warehouse – Spanning across 8K sq. ft., located in Dabbaspet, responsible for dispatching merchandizing stocks to KN.

Handled day-to-day K0, K1, K2, K3 movements:

• K0 – Handled primary transportation from factories to retail outlets.
• K1 – Looking after primary logistics & dispatches from Atta, Biscuit, and Noodles factories to Distributors in KN.
• K2 – Handling IGT movements for Noodles for all over south & parts of East & West.
• K3 – Looking after customer orders from all above 5 FG storage warehouses.
• Assessed and targeted customer needs to forge and cultivate productive relationships and maintain top satisfaction levels.
• Dealing with In-plant operations by coordinating with all the concern stakeholders & by aligning all responsible vendors.

Transportation:

• Responsible for vendor induction including primary & secondary in all the 5 warehouses by doing market survey.
• Had strong vendor base for 3PL, Primary & Secondary.
• Monitored and complied with strict budgets by negotiating freight in alignment with needs and specifications.
• Vendor inductions with differential freights helped company with annual saving of 6 L from KN.
• Introduction of DV model for potential trip lanes so as to maximise savings out of it. Till now average savings per annum is 9 L.

Warehouse operations:

• Engaging with 3PL for day-to-day operations, fixing shift wise targets, sorting out WH issues w.r.t outbound, inbound, inventory & WMS related issues.
• Tracking manpower productivity(BPT/HRT tasks, supervisors) daily basis & taking up with 3PL for performance level improvements.
• Looks after conveyor operations which ND FG receiving from factory to Malur Hub.

• Responsible for FG supplies for entire Telangana from Hyderabad WH spanning across 3 L sq ft which is WMS technology warehouse.
• Selected transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
• Analyzed processes and supply chain operational data to track trends, expectations and performance
• Was handover additional responsibility of looking after Tirupati WH spanning across 65 K sq ft which supplies over entire Rayalaseema. Post GST WH was shut in 2017.
• Streamlined Chennai operations in 2018 which was new setup facility of WMS warehouse spanning across 5.16 L sq ft.

• Started career in ITC as Logistics trainee.
• Gained good knowledge on warehouse operations, Transportation planning, Indenting process.
• Managed loading, unloading, movement and sorting of supplies to keep deliveries on schedule.
