DataLocalizedNotificationService (DLNS) integration with AC3 portal

Led the end to end design and implementation of DLNS ( DataLocalizedNotificationService ) with Amazon Customer Care ( AC3 ) portal to provide direct visibility of customer notifications to Customer Support teams, streamlining issue resolution for Amazon Pay users.

• Integrated DLNS with AC3/CS Portal: Engineered the end-to-end backend integration that surfaced Amazon Pay Email and SMS notifications directly within the Customer Support portal, eliminating the need for technical team escalations
• Decentralized Issue Resolution: Empowered CS agents to independently diagnose and resolve notification-related queries, significantly reducing resolution turnaround time (TAT) and improving overall customer satisfaction
• Scalable Marketplace Deployment: Successfully rolled out the integration to 100% of the India (IN) marketplace, ensuring seamless support for millions of Amazon Pay transactions.
• Technical Leadership & Documentation: Authored comprehensive High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documents, establishing a standardized onboarding and maintenance path for the notification visibility service

Amazon Pay Unified Thank You Page (UTYP) Revamp

Designed and executed a scalable configuration-driven architecture to enable dynamic widget rendering and A/B testing for Amazon Pay Unified Thank You Page stack

• Architected slotConfigOverrides: Developed a conditional rendering mechanism allowing widgets to dynamically override properties based on Weblab treatments, App versions (mShop vs. Amrut), and complex logical AND (&&) conditions
• Decoupled Logic from Code: Eliminated hardcoded if-else statements by migrating conditional rendering to configuration files, enabling zero-downtime feature rollouts and A/B testing without code deployments
• Scaled Production Adoption: Implemented the feature across 44 slot configurations for the UTYP Revamp, supporting high-traffic use cases including Bill Payments, Gift Cards, Wallets, and Autopay
• Enabled Seamless Migrations: Facilitated the transition from v1 to v2 widgets (e.g., Order Status) by allowing legacy and next-gen implementations to coexist within the same slots via configuration overrides
• Empowered Cross-Functional Teams: Onboarded three client teams to conduct live production experiments for high-impact features like QR Code payments, UPI Biometrics, and Autopay bottomsheets
• Optimized Configuration Management: Reduced technical debt by eliminating configuration duplication; overrides only target specific changed properties while inheriting global defaults

• Worked as a frontend software engineer in the gamification team of Blibli.com, Indonesia’s 4th largest e-commerce platform, adding features and improving the internal game management tool for managing the live games on the platform
