- Senior HR Business Partner for Payments Org of 800 FTEs + 200 interns/ consultants/ independent contractors
- Driving collaboration across Product, Tech and Sales through HR interventions like designing Product-Sales Ways of Working, Optimizing tech bandwidth allocation etc.
- Building robust organization structure for commercial organization and driving productivity from Day 1 through effective onboarding and rigorous training of new joiners (including leadership) to support 3x projected org growth
- Owning critical talent, collaborating with global PayU and corporate (Prosus/ Naspers) teams to design and implement talent management programs like IDPs, Career Pathing, Performance Management goal setting, quarterly/ annual reviews, low performance management, rewards planning and focus on D&I
- Culture building through multiple employee engagement mechanisms like regular pulse checks, feedforwarding input from exit interviews, driving action plans based on outcome of annual employee engagement survey, driving recognition to position the org as an employer of choice
- Current Corporate level Project - Global Employee Onboarding
