Ensure the compliance with applicable standards, laws and policies.

and loss and cashflow statement.
Responsible for statutory compliances such as TDS, VAT, ST, PF, ESI etc.
Monthly P&L analysis: highlight key variances vs. expectations and provide accurate analysis.
Prepares foreign exchange forecast and monitors its impact on financial performance.

Preparation of monthly/annual P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement.

Preparation of Projected Financials and cashflow forecast as well as other required reports for existing/new borrowing facilities with the banks.
