Roles and Responsibilities :

• 4+ years of experience in Software Testing, mainly focused on Salesforce web applications.
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium Web Driver with Java.
• Skilled in developing automation frameworks using Maven, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD).
• Strong ability to analyze and understand business requirements for effective test planning and execution.
• Experienced in preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and executing them.
• Proficient in performing Sanity, Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing.
• Good exposure to SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in defect tracking, reporting using JIRA, and participating in bug review meetings.
• In-depth understanding of Bug Life Cycle and coordinating closely with development teams for resolution.
• Involved in automation script development, maintenance, and test execution to ensure software quality.
• Adept at preparing Test Data, conducting Test Case reviews, and ensuring complete test coverage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and issue analysis.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
• Able to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple assignments, and deliver results under tight deadlines..
• Established strong working relationships with clients through exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
