Project Name: Streling infinia,Bangalore

It is residential project contain 5 blocks which contains 48 house. My role is to execute the blockwork,tile work and finish work respectively with our quality standards and I am also taking care of terrace of block 1 and block 2.

Project Name: Infosys SEZ Hiranandini,Bangalore

My role is to finish the work with perfect quality and within the schedule and handover the service lift for all 13 floors(each floor 3 no's) and 7 no's of staircase which involve the sequence from blockwork,punning,flooring to painting or wall cladding. And worked as team work with two more engineer in second floor of the building where i am responsible for the toilets and ODC's .I had completed and hand overed external elevation snag work.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Executing the work as per BOQ

2. executing and handing over with quality standard as per the company requirements.

3. Ensuring that health and safety standards and sustainability policies are adhered to.

4. preparing schedules and executing as per schedule

5. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best from them.

6. Preparing site reports and filling in the paperwork.

7. Preparing bill in the ERP

Project name : Ananthaya ‑urapakkam,chennai

I joined there at the stage of finishing my role there is to do painting as per the client requirements and complete the snag work and handover the residential house to the client.I had handovered 39 flats.

Project name: AALAM ‑Nemam,Thiruvallur

I handovered 4 villas completely from marking to handovering in a period of 4.5 months where the project is for the retired people so it contains many specific requirements.

1. Supervising the work as per BOQ.

2. Mark the site as per plan and execute the flats

3. executing and handing over with quality standard as per the company requirements.

4. Ensuring that health and safety standards and sustainability policies are adhered to.

5. Preparing site reports and filling in the paperwork.

6. Preparing bill for the contractors.

Its my starting stage of my career where I had done marking and supervision of blockwork,concrete and sequence of civil works for two residential buildings.
