  • 17 hybrid station and 1 dedicated Pickup station handling a BAU of 44K deliveries, 3K Cret & 10K MFN Pickup.
  • I have 4 CTL’s reporting to me.
  • Ensuring Partner are following proper processes and maintaining operations.
  • Coordinating with multiple stake holders to ensure a smooth operation.

  • Having regular Partner Health Check wherein, GST, COD, Compliance etc. are checked on a regular basis as per company standards.
  • I am leading the MFN Pickup drive for LM for South, wherein I coordinate with all stakeholder and ensure all seller Promise are met.

  • Awards Won 2023 LML Orange Cap for 3 quarters for DEI, Compliance and Pickup Project.
  • Ensured ORBIT (I HS ) was successfully launched and maintain in my station.
  • Streamlined the EDSP Compliance for South when in ensured all documentation process was setup along with stakeholders.
  • Onboarded Women DA’s exclusively for handling VIT Vellore where partner has a dedicated Kiosk.
  • Completed white belt Kaizen on Operation clock implementation in EDSP, which has now got extended to across South station. This has helped me achieved 55% EMD and ensure achieve all metrics.
