Project Coordination & Implementation:

· Coordinated project activities across 5 states, collaborating with 13 community-based organizations (CBOs) to successfully implement the SANGRAM- Global Fund project (GFATM-C19RM) project.

· Organized and coordinated project activities at the state and district levels, including District Level Advocacy Meetings with diverse stakeholders (judiciary, police, sex workers, NGOs, media).

· Supported CBOs in developing comprehensive work plans (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly) to ensure effective project execution.

Capacity Building & Training:

· Facilitated the hiring of local consultants and audit firms to strengthen organizational development for CBOs.

· Organized, and delivered training programs on Legal Literacy and Organizational Development for sex worker community and CBO leaders.

· Managed all aspects of training and capacity-building initiatives, from conducting needs assessments to meticulous documentation and progress tracking.

· Provided ongoing assistance to enhance organizational capacity for CBOs.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:

· Conducted field visits to monitor project progress, ensure compliance, and provide on-site support at the state and district level.

· Meticulously managed project documentation and reporting, including MIS tracking, progress reports, meeting minutes, and milestone tracking.

· Ensured proper documentation of all project activities to maintain transparency and accountability.

Communication & Advocacy:

· Supported the development of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials in collaboration with national and state teams.

· Fostered collaboration and dialogue among key stakeholders, including sex worker communities, government agencies, and civil society organizations, through District Level Advocacy Meetings
