He coordinates all phases of the project from the initial proposal writing through final report compilation and presentation to the client. Mr. White’s project management responsibilities include supervision and coordination of project personnel and subcontractors, scheduling, fieldwork, report generation, and budget management. Mr. White also has extensive experience working with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).
