1.Title of the project: Prediction of B-cell and T-cell epitopes in Chikungunya Virus
Description: The project is about to design a vaccine for chikungunya virus by predicting the B-cell and T-cell epitopes.
2. Title of the project: Vitual Mouse using python
Description: Developed a camera-based virtual mouse using Python, enabling desktop navigation through hand gestures. Implemented real-time tracking and interpreted gestures as mouse movements and clicks. Ensured robustness and compatibility across different camera setups.
3. Title of the project: Predicting Drug resistance in Tuberculosis patients through NGS data
Description: Several cases shows that the bacteria causing tubereculosis can able to develop resistance to the drug.The collecting and predicting data from the downloaded data sets of normal and affected patients.Further, machine learning studies can be done for predicting the drug resistance in the tuberculosis affected patients.
4. Title of the project: Hypothetical protein prediction of the P.Gingivalis (Q7MXY7)
Description: By using the protein structure we can predict the Primary Structure, Secondary Structure and the Tertiary Structure of the taken protein.
