Requirement Gathering & Design:

• Interact with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Conduct impact analysis by researching existing modules for potential enhancements.

Effort Estimation & Planning:

• Provide accurate build and testing effort estimates to the project manager.
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and resource planning.

Development & Testing:

• Design, build, and perform unit testing of reusable and efficient code.
• Create and maintain test scripts, review test plans and test results.
• Coordinate with QA and Configuration teams for environment setup and testing.
• Ensure quality and defect-free delivery through rigorous review processes.

Collaboration & Issue Resolution:

• Interact with cross-functional system teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide production support, including 24/7 support as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis for frequently failing or poorly performing programs and jobs.

Quality Assurance:

• Participate in internal and external quality assurance activities to meet organizational standards.
• Conduct code and deliverables review for offshore teams ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Project Monitoring & Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and stakeholders.

Optimization & Support:

• Develop tools to improve team productivity.
• Support year-end scheduling activities and application retirement/merging.
• Conduct system optimization analysis for demand management and cost reduction.
