As a technology-focused student at Indiana University, I have developed a strong foundation in various information systems and programming languages. My coursework and projects have emphasized application development and system maintenance, aligning closely with Elanco’s focus on technology-driven innovation.
I am attracted to Elanco’s mission of enhancing animal health and enriching lives through technology. As a former student in the Biomedical Pathway, I have experience being surrounded in the medical field, especially in the academic setting. I own two shelter animals, and I believe animal health is important and often overlooked by owners. I am eager to apply what I have learned academically to real-world problems and to gain insight into the IT profession in the workforce. I am interested in projects that improve efficiency, support users, and promote digital transformation across different scenarios and departments. Throughout my academic journey, I have demonstrated strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings. I take initiative in learning new tools and technologies, and I am eager to explore new areas within the IT field.
As a woman in a male-dominated field, I value environments that foster creativity, inclusivity, and continuous growth—qualities that clearly define Elanco’s culture. I am excited about the opportunity to grow and develop through Elanco’s rotational program, gaining practical experience across IT functions while contributing to meaningful innovations for the benefit of animals, customers, and communities.
