Prepared Roadmap for marine Infra project for complete Navy at Apex level and executed through all Commands. Steered Dry Dock project from CCS paper to completion for Naval Docckyard, Mumbai.

Undertaken capital procurement of Yard equipment and systems for navy. As Team Leader, prepared master plan for GT overhaul/repairs for Vietnam Naval Dockyard. Functioned as an expert member in FDN-2 construction as well as Design & DPR preparation of Karwar Marine Infra Phase-II.

Elevated crew morale through promoting an inclusive work environment fostering teamwork among officers and crew members working on diverse tasks related to engineering operations within the engine room department and cross functional help to entire ship. Efficiently run the department and met all the operational tasking of the ship.
