  • Arrive to facility/warehouse an ten minutes before clocking In to receive what vehicle you will be driving that shift.
  • Inspect van for damages or impairments that would affect the ability to drive and perform the job requirements for that day.
  • Once inspection Is done complete a detailed survey of the vans condition, and check out the van for deliveries.
  • After inspection, review the Information provided by Amazon(DSP) that directs you a certain wave time that you will obtain your packages for that day.
  • Upon completion of picking up your packages, you will the begin your route driving to the first stop. During the process of delivering your packages you are responsible for safe driving techniques monitored by a camera located inside and outside of the van.
  • Failing to abide by the standard driving laws/directions could result in driving penalties that would disqualify you from driving the next scheduled shift and up to termination.
  • Once your route is completed you could be asked to perform “Rescues” where an associate that can’t complete the workload of their route, another associate meets them and takes half of the remaining packages.
  • During your route you are expected to operate an electronic GPS system to navigate through the total amount of locations that day.
  • Observe customer details and requests attached to that delivery for instructions on delivery location(s), or different actions to successfully deliver the packages.
  • Once completed with deliveries for your route, return to the station and examine your van to make sure no damage or impairments happened to the vehicle while delivering.
  • Weekly rankings of each employees performances for the week are given. Each employee has the same data represented and is ranked from Fantastic, Good or Poor.
