Accomplishments

I've accomplished numerous upgrades on machinery and added safety features to prevent operator injury's. helped move probably 50 machines, presses, saws CNC machines from one plant to another at our pennsylvania location while converting some for different voltages in new facility.

I've also in my time at jasper rubber. the first week i started my plant alone went through 450 gallons of hydraulic oil in one week but after 2 months of them giving me a machine a day to rebuild cylinders,valves, etc i got the leaks down from 450 gallons a week to probably every 6 months on machines with close to million hours on them. I've troubleshoot electrical issue and did many repairs to keep production going when times was tough for both company's ive done maintenance for.
