Operations and Maintenance services

• Thorough understanding and vast exposure of equipment management for its life cycle (womb to tomb).
• Ability and experience to lead a large team to provide maintenance support to critical war like equipment in a tough and challenging environment.
• Wholistic exposure of executing stringent quality maintenance, formulation of maintenance policies and designing and executing training on critical and expensive aviation assets.
• Ability and experience to evaluate equipment for its maintainability and life cycle costing . Supervised and guided team of interservice officers to evaluate KAMOV Ka-226 T, EUROCOPTER FENNEC AS 550 C3 as replacement helicopter for Armed Forces
• Achieved accident and incident flying of approx 5000 hrs and maintaining serviceability state of 90% in high altitude and desert terrain by stringent and quality maintenance practices.
• Ability and experience of formulating suitable maintenance philosophy for different systems and allocation of resources for efficient and optimum utilisation.
• Ability to deliver given timelines under challenging conditions

Learning and Development

• Ability and experience to identify organisational requirement and individual requirement of training and accordingly strategising realistic learning and development program
• Ability and experience to formulate annual training program in coordination and collaboration with various functional heads and skill to get ir executed.
• Designing and creating training curriculum using "Systems approach to training" in quantifiable Training, Enabling and Learning objective so as to have effective and optimised training
• Designing of content based on Bloom's Taxonomy for progressive and effective training.
• Designing and implementation of objective evaluation system to measure the effectiveness of training and to further improve it progressively.
• Established "Advance Light Helicopter" training facility at the Faculty of aeronautical Engineering by collaborating and coordinating with various stake holders for which I was awarded with Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card in 2015.
• Ensured timely completion of new training infrastructure by close coordination and collaboration with executing agency.
• Budgeting and optimum utilisation of training funds as grants for developing training infrastructure in the faculty
• Contributed immensely in getting "Golden Peacock" award for the institute
• Conducted workshops by collaborating with third party
• Designing , planning and conducting training for trainers
• As member of academic council, contributed immensely in improving and optimising training

General Administration

• As Commanding Officer of a Battalion gained experience of all domains of administration for a large team( 450 soldiers )
• Conducted various events with military decorum and flawlessly, Investiture ceremony for South Western Command in 2007 is one such event which was appreciated by all
