Army Officer
- Strategic , disciplined and accomplished Army Officer with 38 years of experience in logistics and administration ,resource planning. contract management and personnel training. Tenated almost all appointments in the units/Establishments wherever served. To highlight my HR related exposures in my career, would like to place on records that I have been posted to 2(Two) Category ‘A’ Establishments and 4 (Four) Category ‘B’ Establishments where I dealt with almost men including civilians and more so to all the Corps/Arms except for Armoured Corps, Aviation Corps and Army Supply Corps etc which itself merits my HR related skills as adjusting/surviving and in executing the jos successfully with the different mindset of men and civilians of different Corps/Arms due to various custom and practices of the units wherever I have served.
- ADMINISTRATION
- As Quarter Master of particularly 2(Two) Category ‘A’ Establishments and 4(Four) Category ‘B’ Establishments have ensured for timely effective logistic support and justified despite the COVID lockdowns. With foresight, have meticulously planned and executed various HR related tasks also since I was instrumental for 5(Five) Passing Out Parades at OTA Chennai and similarly in passingout parades in Category ‘B’ Establishments wherever I have served.
- To include more to HR related exposure, I would like to add that I have perfomed the duties of 2 IC for almost 08 months with the Signal Regiment in absence of permanent incumbent and also performed the duties of Officer Commanding /Camp Commandant/Accounts Officer of HeadQuarter Company /Camp and Headquarters.
- Mentored junior officers to develop leadership skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
