I became and Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America at 15. For my final project I built a dirt retention pit for the Woodburn Baseball Youth League. To accomplish this I had manage a project with 10+ workers while also working out logistics such as how much concrete was needed, how to cut and place wood to size, and how to add rebar to increase structural integrity. On the technical side I used spreadsheets to track what equipment, workers, and materials were used along with the cost of that equipment and materials.
