Project 1 :Tableau to Quicksight Conversion

Client : Canada (Product Owner)

Role : Business Analyst

Description : It was an internal project where the BI Converter tool was developed for the ease use of the users.

Responsibilities:

· Developed the tool," Wavicle BI Converter" by conducting comprehensive analysis of business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, resulting in a 20 percent increase in operational efficiency

· Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze the business requirements and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

· Maintained detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, wire-frames and prototypes and user stories.

· Facilitated workshops and meetings with Product owners to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones were achieved on time.

· Collaborated with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, prioritize enhancements, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

· Planned and executed the quality assurance, functional and end to end testing and also coordinated and facilitated the user acceptance testing with the end user.

· Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process and was able to lead effective client meetings, negotiate deliverables, and drive successful outcomes

Project 2 : McDonald's

Client : UK

Domain: Retail

Role: Lead Business Analyst

Description : This project involved testing of the complaints raised at the client.

Responsibilities:

· Analyzing the issues raised by the Clients to understand their expectation and categorizing it based on its priority.

· Analyzing the requirements raised by the clients to check if there is any deviation from the functional flow.

· Updating the Issues and revert them back to the Client ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Provided weekly reports for project status to the reporting manager and the onshore lead.

· Understanding client's requirements and converting the business requirements into technical solution as per the ISO certificates provided.

· Monitoring the team with their daily activities, provide them tasks when not allotted and sorting the hindrance if any occurs.(Scrum Role)

· Implemented best practices for governance, risk, and compliance processes within ServiceNow GRC, resulting in improved efficiency and accuracy of risk assessments and compliance activities. Also delivered user training sessions to increase in the proficiency of using the ServiceNow GRC functionalities.

Domain : Banking

Role : Business Analyst/Application Production Support

Description : Independently handled the project which involved testing of the bugs raised at the client site during the implementation stage. These issues were mostly high priority Issues raised at bank’s Location.

Responsibilities:

· Writing Functional Requirement Documents for Financial Interfacing Services implementation, various Lending Products-and Equities, LoanIQ.

· Product configurations of implementations, troubleshooting, and finding proper RCA.

· Monitoring the Autosys jobs and validating the database performance.

· Held responsible for any issues that arise during the deployment and took accountability to get the issues fixed.

· Perform data cleansing and data quality assurance tasks to ensure the accuracy of data in the data warehouse.

· Generate reports and dashboards from the data warehouse to support business decision making. Co-Coordinating with development on the issues found in UAT. Conducting Demos to the user.

· Based on customer requirements and business flow, setting up infrastructure and post deployment/go-live maintaining the hosted application involves the below responsibilities.

· Taking BRD sign off and communicating requirements to the development and QA team. Also, prioritize the requirements.

· Investigated the solutions across all operating systems, Windows, Unix, and Linux, and ensured all resources are monitored as appropriate on weekends performing a disaster recovery (DR test).

· Monitored and worked on alerts sent by Impulse on various issues related to server availability, disk issues, CPU, memory, processes, etc

· Lead refinement sessions with agile teams and stakeholders to detail user stories and dependencies. Also facilitated the sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.

· Worked on all phases of the Application life cycle, including requirements gathering, risk analysis, project planning, scheduling, testing, Defect tracking, management, and reporting using the Service-Now, JIRA, Autosys and Business Objects.

Role : Business Analyst/ETL Tester

Description : This project involved the development of the Wellmark Provider Portal where the claims, medical policies, authorization, submission status, etc was being developed and tested.

Responsibilities :

· Acted as a liaison between the onshore team, developers, business, and testing groups to provide them with required documentation - (BRD, FRD, HRD, SRS, RTM, User Stories).

· Involved in analyzing different source data and their inter-dependency using SQL.

· Held responsible for overseeing the ETL batch status for smooth SLA Delivery.

· Created and maintained a thorough quality management system using the ticketing tools and JIRA.

· Validated and tested the platform setup and configurations for the Wellmark provider portal, tested the solutions through the mapping documents, wrote the test plans and documented the test results.

· Led the Scrum team in story writing, feature discovery, and requirements gathering process which led to an increase in customer satisfaction.

· Tracked and reported sprint progress to Product owners. Ensured the team was working as a unit to achieve sprint goals.

· Desirable knowledge on the data privacy laws and compliance standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, such as HIPAA, GDPR, Claims, Payer Domain, etc

· Also transferred knowledge to the new trainees and brought them up to speed to get the basic requirements of the project.

Project 2 : Travelers

Client : US

Domain : Insurance

Role : ETL Tester

Description: This project involved the testing of the Travelers website, where the data of the insurance products for individuals, families and business gets updated on the software as per the clients’ requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Manual testing of all the CRM Modules.

· Based on customer requirements and business flow, setting up infrastructure and post deployment/go-live maintaining the hosted application involves the below responsibilities.

· Preparing the test case and monitoring the Bug report documents. Test case review, UAT management, and test case documentation.

· Maintaining Database backup and recovery procedures and processes and monitoring software product Licenses.

· Providing the access to application deployment team and closely working with the team for application deployment.

· Experience in Testing the UI’s, Web services and Process workflows. Configuring the software and testing the functionality of the module. Providing the Solutions and finding the RCA for the Reported issue.
