  • · Managed 4 branch locations and more than 15 towns across Gujarat state in India heading a team of 20 plus people across all functions i.e., Sales, credit, technical, legal, collection and recovery, Retail Liability (Fixed Deposits), marketing, Accounts as a Branch Manager, Branch Operation Manager, Area Operation Manager, Sr. Area Operation Manager at Vadodara and Rajkot branches in Gujrat State –India. During the tenure average monthly underwrite 100 cases of Home loans and Mortgage loans from average INR 11 lacs. There was approval limit of INR 30 lac and up to INR 1cr with Zonal Credit Manager.It is required to do the personal visit in case of self employed profiles to assess the case. It was required to cross check the business references with creditors and debtors of loan customers to arrive conclusion of actual business turnover and profitability. It was also got repayment of othere loans and payment to creditors and check for payment receiving from debtors as well in time. As there is still many businesses having large cash component which not showing on books so credit assessment of business is very crucial in all such cases. There are some businesses having average profit margin which could assess as per turnover on books.
  • Company has focused on Lower Middle income Group and Middle Income Group customer who are first time home buyers. It is also considered customers are not having regular income source and documentary proof.


  • As Area Operation Manager there is overall responsibility of Credit underwriting of loans with approval , technical underwriting – Legal under writing & approval, Collection and recoveries, Loan disbursements, customer service management till the closure of accounts, banking and reconciliation of accounts, Administration of branches including new branches’s identify and take it up to fully equipped and run.
  • Authorized officer of company for property attachment as per Law and order from District Collectors. Led a team of Recovery officer and Recovery executives.
  • Achieved highest Loan disbursement of INR 40 crore and 178 new customers in single month in Oct-2017

Take care of marketing visits at locations where there was no branch. On Specific days; visit the locations , seat in to hotel for a day, entertain custoomers for loans, do credit appraisal, technical visit, legal coordinate with local advocate, do collection and recovery as well during visits , disbursement of the cases and post disbursement services also to be taken care.
  • · I had attended Morvi, Bhuj, Gandhidham,Bhavnagar, Surendranagar and Jamnagar locations for weekly marketing visits and later on fixed up the locations with offices there to serve the customer all week days.
  • Company was established in 1988 promoted by HDFC Ltd which was pioneer in Housing Finance other than banks. to Retail Office In-charge (branch officer) till July-2006 handled various secured loan mortgage operation from marketing, technical underwriting, credit underwriting, legal under writing, collection and recoveries, accounting etc at Rajkot and Surendranagar branches in Gujrat state – India. Served more than 10K customer across more than 50 location in Sautrashtra and Kutch area. Company was given in interior villages also so there were mroethan 60 portfolio belongs not non-urban areas & villages
