Bhumika is a highly accomplished professional with a multifaceted background spanning clinical practice, healthcare administration, and public health. With over 7 years of experience, she has excelled in roles as a clinician, global public health specialist, and health consultant. Bhumika holds a Master's degree in International Health Care Management, Economics, and Policy from the University of Bocconi, Milan.
Her career includes a pivotal role as a research analyst at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, where she conducted qualitative research aimed at optimizing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) common efficiencies among various stakeholders. She also led an independent evaluation to gauge the public health implications of high-cost, low-quality fluoride prophylaxis pastes within the Health Promotion unit.
Bhumika's commitment to public health is further underscored by her contributions during her tenure with CMS, where she served as a technical specialist engaged in public health programs and health practice projects. She has been a driving force as the leader of the Capacity Building team at COVIDActionCollab.
Bhumika's extensive experience extends to collaborating with esteemed organizations such as WHO HQ, WHO SEARO, USAID, and the World Bank on various research and evaluation initiatives. Currently, she is a senior analyst at KPMG Global Services within their UK healthcare practice.
