  • 2. Hiring the Managers (Managers were also hired by me according to my requirements.)
  • 3. Training the whole team (Since Real Estate was a completely new segment for me so first of all I took all the training that too arranging all the resources on my own.)
  • 4. Making all the processes (When I joined the organization, most of them were working without processes. For my team, I introduced 5-6 processes starting from call pitch till closures and which were very helpful for the whole sales process. )
  • 5. Helping the team for closures (Sometimes I also need to sit on the closures as in real estate closures are always very big and handling customers of 3-5 Cr + is a bit tough for associates.)
