Project#1: Predictive/proactive maintenance for pilot lines – Body electronics @ Robert Bosch Automotive India (RBAI ),

Project duration: 5 months

Project Status : Complete

Description:

Count-based or real-time measurement-based failure prediction system of critical spares for pilot lines body electronics value stream for improvisation of planned maintenance and improving the value stream key performance indicators & thus improving plant utilization key performance indicators.

Roles and responsibilities:

· 1. Analyzing the critical /iterative problems from PDCA.

· 2. Check for any predictive failure tracking possibility for the iterative problem.

· 3. W.r.t feasibility study by tracking possibility i.e. count based & real-time measurement implementation flowchart, its approval, and implementation to the MAE .

· 4. Workflow approval for process flow.

· 5. Handover to the stakeholders of TPM & committee approval.


Project#2: Recommendation engine for pilot lines -Body electronics -VS (FBCM) =(TPM-Autonomous maintenance ) @ Robert Bosch Automotive India (RBAI ),.

Project duration: 6 months

Description: Recommendation engine @FBCM is the platform for machine setters to cover and correct the minor issues related to a particular failure mode by pre-established containment & corrective actions based on lesson learned & breakdown history to improve the productivity by autonomous maintenance maturity level -2 of BPS- Bosch productivity system .

Roles and responsibilities:

· Understanding the process of recommendation engine from I-4 team.

· Addition of level-, Level -2& level -3 errors in the recommendation engine along with containment and corrective action w.r.t line FBCM

· Training to the machine setters/operators production team leaders.

· Release of a recommendation engine to the line -FORD GEN2 & improvisation in series production along with I-4 & BPS, CFT.

· Workflow release, approval, and standardizations w.r.t BPS

· Horizontal deployment @ FUSO, ITRAMS,IMMO & FBCM


Project#3 : FordGen2_ assembly line pre-acceptance @ Jonas & Redmann Group GmbH-Berlin,Germany

Description: Validating the machines as per Bosch norms, verifying the FMEA with discussion off supplier, identifying the OPL, listing out improtent TPM points , organizing the spares, creating the training plan

Description:

Reconstruction of machine tools (its parts are obsolete in market & beyond repair- mechanical spare parts ) & finding alternate spares for electrical spare parts like drives system , motors, HMI, Increased MTBF , improvement of machine downtime , reduction of internal scrap cost per year & finally the OEE .

Roles and responsibilities:

· Spare requirements with local supplier for reverse engineering .

· Obsolete and successor spare parts comparison with OEM & technical follow ups .

· Approval & presentation with the value stream management .

· Prove out & trails with PED, QA & machine handover /release after reconstruction .
