The project dealt with fabrication & erection of cryogenic double walled Liquid Oxygen / Nitrogen (LOX/LIN) Storage Tanks; Erection of 400TPD Cold Box which is of 3 modules weighing 87MT, 105MT & 84MT, respectively.

The project aimed at managing revamp jobs at Hot Briquetted Iron Plant – Module I, II & III at Essar Steel Ltd., Surat (Gujarat); It entailed dismantling and erection of charge hopper, octobus in furnace, dismantling & erection of reformer tubes - 100 Nos., bundles in recuperator, oxygen mixing chamber and various miscellaneous jobs.

The objective was to fabricate and erect 300 TPD Oxygen Plant for Goyal MG Gases; it involved erection of Cold Box, Reversible Heat Exchanger, Piping-Al., SS, CS-AG/UG; erection & alignment of Static and Rotary Equipment. Served as a Resident Construction Manager during project phase

The project work included fabricating Plant Structures for Galvanized and Cold Rolling Mill (CRM). It encompassed fabrication of columns, crane girder, rafters, monitor truss and purlins of approximately 10000MT

Client: Webb India Ltd. I Period: Feb '02 - Dec '02

The project was based on installation, testing and commissioning of 4” Overhead Power and Free Conveyor System under Webb India Ltd. The role was to anchor installation and alignment of 4” Overhead Power and Free Conveyor System for Green Anode Plant; installation and Alignment of equipment viz. load stations, unload stations, weigh station and carriers; alignment of power and free conveyor system for Anode Rodding Shop. Loop 1: Transferred good anode from GAP to Pot lines for making liquid alumina. Loop 2: Cleaned used anode in Pot Lines by passing through Bath Breaking Machine, Butt Shot Blast Machine and Butt Stripping Machine.

It involved managing maintenance tasks for Hot Strip Mill including replacement of down coiler, back up roll and pinch roll .

 The project work included erection and commissioning of 250MW Boiler, Supporting Structures, Pressure Parts, HP/LP Piping, Soot Blowers and Fuel Oil Piping under BHEL. Erected and aligned boiler supporting structures; erected pressure parts including water walls, economizer, reheater and steam super heater coils, HP/LP piping and fuel oil system of more than 9000MT.
