

Hybrid role between internal Ad operations and Developer teams, to plug the gap in skill set difference between the two teams & facilitate better communication by driving cross team collaboration. Major part of the role is critical incident recovery, salvage possible client churns, identify revenue optimization opportunities & strategize tech roadmap.

• A Technical Consultant handling high profile Tier 1 and 2 publishers (50M+ impressions per month) ad operation escalations relating to Forecasting, Creative trafficking, Troubleshoot Ad Serving and the Network management of various DFP networks.
• Specialized in DFP (Small Business and Premium) along with AdSense and AdX, integration with header/exchange bidding wrappers.
• Worked on Programmatic guaranteed ads and indepth working knowledge on Google's Programmatic offerings and optimization of bidding strategies.
• An advanced video SME- Trained on Advanced Video.
• Resolve complex technical concepts related to Ad serving, Tagging, Discrepancies/Reports, Rich
• Media, Video, Mobile ad serving, User login, Impressions/clicks tracking, Third-party/Custom tagging, UI related problems etc.
• Providing sample implementations to the clients for them to better understand the product and utilization purposes.
• Have complete knowledge on all aspects of DFP -Ad selection process, Server logic, designing custom creative template, Audience, Activity, Pass back. Also, have worked on Audience vendors such as BlueKai, Exelate.
• Working with cross-functional teams including General Support, Escalation Management, Sales and Engineering to ensure timely and high-impact results for publishers.
• Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve
• Upload and test banner ads, video ads and third-party tags to ensure that they meet specification and policy requirements. Specialized in GPT and DFP Premium.
• Analysing GPT tags & page source using various tools and optimize the HTML code & JavaScript function calls.

• Experience of using various tools such as Charles, Google publisher tools, Debug console, Chrome Dev Tools, etc.
