Responsibilities:

• Work with the Microsoft 365 Product owner to design and deploy new Microsoft 365 solutions such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate to improve ways of working in the organization.
• Hands on experience of configuring components of Dynamics 365 and Office 365 product stack.
• Deliver services and solutions using the Power platform suite with Azure integrations, Microsoft Power apps, Power automate and Dynamics 365.
• Manage environments, configurations, security, Integrations and Deployments.
• Assist with training and adoption of new Microsoft 365 solutions and processes including delivery & creation of training plans, materials, and documentation.
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Provides technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system / application issues.
• Experienced in opening bugs and enhancement requests with detailed information and follow up for speedy resolution.
• Provides Architectural designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
• Highly experienced in User creation, Role access, Customized user role creation in D365.
• Providing daily production system support and user support.
• Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
• Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offers.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the Dynamics AX software and ensure the end users acquaintance with the software.
• Developed and implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX for multiple sites and systems. Given my support for all data migration activities.
• Interact with clients to comprehend their needs and note down the features required in the software and their core modules.
• Involvement in all technical intricacies related to ERP implementation in MS Dynamics AX 2012 such as design and development conforming to the client’s need.
• Handles Microsoft Dynamics Ax Installation and configuration for both client and servers.
• Monitor daily backup operations and handles SQL database administration including database backup and log clearance.
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft technology solutions on windows 2003 / 2008 platform hosting web and database applications, while maintaining security patches, antivirus updates, backups, monitoring and performing routine server maintenance.
• Assisted in the creation and documentation of business processes and module configurations.
• Good knowledge on AX Layered Architecture and deployment procedures using Microsoft Dynamics AX Management Shell commands to export/add model Axmodel files and Axmodel store.
• Provided direct support, online or over-phone to the users and developers and resolved their technical queries.
