- Reconciliation of blue books and green books.
- Creating checklist and crosschecks for GB and BB financial statements.
- Reviewing Net assets values of funds.
- Preparing trail balance checklist for different profit centres.
- Verifying Corporate Actions (Stock & Cash dividend, Bonus issue, Stock split, Reverse stock split, Mergers, Spinoff, Rights issues and Tender offer etc.) to avoid NAV errors.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual close for individual funds.
- Re Processing Dirty trades with clean price.
- Preparation of variances, budgets in related to expenses (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Passing journal entries using SAP GLSU.
- Reconciliation of cash and stock for several funds with different Sources.
- Reconciliation of Corporate action checklists and TA positions.
- Investigating the Aged breaks outstanding and following escalation matrix.
- Publishing data to management on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of financial statements using SAP Bex and SAP R3.
