Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading the Technical Support Executive & Central Diagnostic Support Engineers Team in HO.
• Supporting remotely to Field Technicians and Service Engineers on Diagnosis and troubleshooting the problems of Electric vehicles related to Motors, BMS, controllers and all Technical issues in the vehicles with Telematics,diagnostic tools and based on symptoms.
• Approval and analysis of warranty matters.
• To prepare PCIR and collect all the videos/images and Telematics data of issue symptoms from the field, and provide this information to the CQA, Engineering, and product team to get countermeasures.
• Releasing Tech alerts on ICA, RCA & PCA for the Product issues faced
• Include these countermeasures in Technical service bulletins and publish them to the field team to take necessary action.
• Recording all these issues and preparing a troubleshooting document, which can further be included in the Service manual.
• Responsible for testing and analysis of failed parts from field only first occurrence
• Analyzing vehicle behavior and parameters by Telematics command center and CAN logs (cloud data)
• Technically responsible for troubleshooting the EV components in electric 2-wheelers, Technical team lead in Cross functional team for resolving technical issues of the EVs,responsible for performing L1 analysis and reporting the same

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• In-House Training for Technical & Service Team
• Resolves complex problems which could not be resolved by the Technicians or e-Tek (Electro technicians)
• Acts as a single window to the manufacturer on all Technical matters/correspondence
• Analyze Repeat Repairs and initiate action to correct the root causes
• Ensure implementations of Technical service bulletins and procurements and usage special tools to increase technician's efficiency and improve FTR ETR
• Promote effective usage of workshop manuals and other literatures for diagnosis and quality of repair

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process, facility/equipment maintenance and personnel
• Supervise all the personnel in the workshop (Floor supervisors and Technicians) Interact with managers ICRE,Service advisors and Quality inspectors to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction
• To provide an effective link between the workshop and front office to ensure that the needs of the customers are effectively understood by the Floor supervisor and Technicians
• To manage the workshop scheduled to achieve smooth and efficient flow of works through the service department.
• To check quality of all completed work providing guidance as needs to ensure that the quality standards are maintained.
• To monitor the skill level of individual Technician and advisor on any training needs.
• To ensure that facility, Equipment's and tools are all in good working conditions and accuracy calibrated and that each technician keeps his work area clean and tidy.
• To monitor the repeat repairs and quality of work and initiate corrective actions.
• To achieve the labour and parts targets set by the company.
• Resources utilization (Bay productivity, technician's productivity and efficiency) housekeeping of workshop.
