With over 6 years of experience in the IT industry, including 4+ years as a Workday Integration Consultant, proficiency has been developed in all aspects of Workday HCM. Throughout this career, Workday systems have been successfully implemented, supported, and enhanced. Expertise includes building custom reports such as Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Search, nBox, and Composite reports, along with the effective utilization of calculated fields like ESI, LRV, EMI, True/False, Eval Constant, Text, Number, Date Format, and Date Arithmetic Calculations. Additionally, extensive experience has been gained in developing EIB inbound and outbound integrations, as well as creating multiple Core Connector and Document Transformation integrations to capture worker attribute changes and convert them into text files. Skills also extend to payroll integrations such as PECI and PICOF for various countries, with strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and Web Services. Furthermore, expertise includes configuring delivery service sequence generators and business process definitions for integration systems, coupled with an in-depth understanding of ETV/XTT functions in document transformation when sending data from Workday to payroll systems. Hands-on experience with Workday Studio for building inbound/outbound integrations has enabled the effective transformation of XML into XSLT for presenting data across different web services. Reports and integrations have been successfully migrated using Business Object Transporter.
