• Conducting Should Cost and Benchmarking analysis for Nissan Magnite BIW (Body in White) for Citron CC21, as part of the VAVE project.
• Coordinating cost negotiation with existing suppliers and managing the resourcing activity for Citron CC21.
• Conducting Should Cost analysis for Aluminum BIW of an off-road vehicle for a USA-based OEM.
• Conducting Should Cost and Target Costing analysis for Cummins plastic parts.
• Should costing for Closures of Reno Europe.
• Leading and coordinating cost database and delivery templates activities.
• Conducting Should Cost and Target Costing analysis for Cummins plastic, Sheet metal, and Bi-extrusion fuel hoses.

Outlined below are the key responsibilities I undertook in my former position:

• Conducting 'should cost' analysis for various time zones across the US, Europe, and China.
• Executing 'should costing' procedures for injection molded plastic components used in seat manufacturing.
• Engaging in active negotiations with suppliers across all three regions.
• Scrutinizing supplier quotes and identifying 'should cost' discrepancies to enable effective negotiation strategies.
• Worked with engineers, designers, purchasers and suppliers on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

• Price Panel which involves pricing & negotiation with multiple suppliers on best processes & costs for the parts to be developed as required by operation/spare parts division
• Tracking raw material rates & executing periodic amendments as per same.
