As a Senior Programme Educator and Grade Lead at Heritage Xperiential Learning School, I am dedicated to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments. I hold an M.A. in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics and a B.Ed. from Amity University. With over five years of teaching experience, I excel in curriculum design, classroom management, and assessment. I have deepened my international education expertise through the IB Workshop on "Individual and Societies: Implementing the MYP Curriculum (Cat.1)" and earned a Harvard edX certificate in "Introduction to Family Engagement in Education." • Conceptualizing the 'Bihari' Stereotype: A Gendered Perspective, (Academic Project), August - October 2016. The study was carried out as a part of the Research Methodology course during M.A Sociology aimed at conceptualizing the act of name-calling within a wider mechanism pf stereotyping and examining it from the perspective of target.
• Dastan-e-Dastangoi: The Tale of a Revival (KRF Fellowship Project), KRF Fellowship Project, June - August 2016. The project was carried out as a part of Krishna Raj Fellowship Program funded by Centre of Development Economics aimed to study the trajectory of the revival of Dastangoi- traditional art form of Urdu storytelling and its interaction with the modern society.
• Presentation and Packaging of Banaras with reference to Commodification of Culture (Academic Project), October 2014. An initiative by the Department of Sociology, Jesus and Mary College, the study analyzed how the city of Banaras is packaged and promoted to increase tourism leading to commodification of culture.
