• Leading the production & lean transformation of manufacturing operation at Harley-Davidson India Plant
• India Plant produces the company's Street, Softails & Sportster motorcycles
• Some of key achievements at Harley Davidson are Leading $ 50M expansion project of H-D Thailand plant along with successfully establishing Fabrication shop at H-D Bawal plant for Street motorcycle
• Successfully established new Fabrication shop operation project of $10M at Bawal for Street model & lead that operation
• Defined and implemented various measures for team engagement and achieved highest engagement score reward across H-D Manufacturing facility
• Achieved operational excellence through world class processes and use of latest trends and technologies
• Smooth launch of all motorcycles/families in last 9 years at H-D Bawal Plant operation
• Established Continuous Improvement system at H-D India plant & leading with highest score across (Last 2 years in a row) across all Harley Davidson Manufacturing Facilities.

• Fully responsible for New Frame/chassis shop setup starting from process, Equipment, capacity planing & new line setup of new models that included handover of line/shop to manufacturing through IPPAP/sign off after successful run off.

• It was a Green field project
• While working with in team of 4 members, my responsibility was to set up a new plant that included complete layout & process planning especially for the Chassis shop
• Tendering & inviting quotes based RFQ's being prepared along with design consultant to execute Civil /Electrical /Plumbing work for whole plant
• Additionally I was responsible to establish the complete weld shop that includes Welding/Bending/Cutting equipment's to meet Titanium Grade 5 welding requirements
• Welding process qualification, Welder qualification was part of key job responsibilities.

• It was my first green filed project
• I was responsible for complete set up of new weld shop for Chassis/Assy's for the combines
• I was responsible for the complete process & equipment planning
• From writing the RFQ's /Ordering /Installation & commissioning /handover to production for the equipment's like welding /bending /cutting /Gas manifold /Fume extractions system etc, was part of key responsibilities
• Complete infrastructure readiness, inclusive of EOT / Utilities planning was part of job responsibility.

• Worked as shift incharge in Weld shop production (Frame /Fenders /Body Cover)
• I was fully responsible to maintain/deliver all key metrics under PQCSD on day to day basis
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS was part of responsibility.
