Dalton Ousley

I am currently 22 years old, and recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree where I studied Organizational Leadership at Purdue University Fort Wayne. During my four years of studying, I have completed courses such as Human Resource Development, Personnel Law, Leadership Change: Theory and Practice, Managerial Training and Development, and Computer Spreadsheet Concepts. Additionally, I completed an Honors course called Intro to American Politics. These are just a few of the courses that have impacted my learning while in college, as well as my development for being a leader in an organization. Prior to completing college, I maintained a 3.7 GPA while in high school. In high school, I was a two-sport athlete and was a member of the National Honors Society. In my sports, I received multiple All Conference academic awards as well as Mental Attitude awards. As a young professional fresh out of college, I will continuously challenge myself to build upon the knowledge and skills I gained in college, as well as adapting to different aspects of work that are outside of my academic scope.
