Job Responsibilities:

Handling below tasks for the multiple UK clients:

• Bookkeeping - Recording accounts receivable and payables, bank posting, bank reconciliation.
• Management Accounts - Posting month end adjustment journals and prepare monthly financial reports for the different clients.
• VAT Returns - Drafting monthly and quarterly VAT returns with sales reconciliation.
• CIS - Preparing CIS returns
• Year-end Account - Preparing annual accounts and calculate Corporation tax liability.
• Weekly Reports - Preparing weekly client specific reports like supplier payment reports.
• Communication - Directly dealing with the UK client manager to discuss the queries and presenting the reports.

• Accounts payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank posting and reconciliation
• Sales Reconciliation

• GST Returns monthly, ITR Audit report
• Preparing Profit & Loss and balance sheet
