1.Project Name: T-Mobile

Project Description:

T-Mobile is an American Wireless network operator. Mobile US provides wireless voice and data services in the United States under the T-Mobile and T-Mobile brands company, wishes to embark on a business transformation that requires to replace CRM system for all lines of businesses (Retail, VBS, Wi-Fi) experience of the existing services. This shall also enable T Mobile to lead the US telecommunications market by innovative service experience and differentiated products, for the benefit of customers, shareholders, and employees. Key objective is to enable T-Mobile to improve the overall customer experience, where the customer activities are managing through Siebel CRM application for effective customer relationship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Identifying Test Cases for Automation.

· Understanding the High-level Design Documents

· Participating in Team Meetings Regarding Clarifications of Specifications

· Test Cases Preparation

· Participating in Peer Review on Prepared Test Cases

· Executing Regression test cases for any change in the development and sending the status
